Serves 2
300 grams of diced beef (muscle)
onion 1 teaspoon paprika
1 clove garlic
2 bay leaves
Thyme, marjoram, parsley
1 tablespoon tomato paste
200 gr of peeled tomatoes
700-800 ml vegetable stock
olive oil salt
PROCEDURE
Chop the onion el 'garlic, sauté a bit', in olive oil, add the meat and turning it over several times. Put the spices, canned tomatoes and tomato paste. Click season all together, add the broth, salt and paprika. Cover and cook the goulash, a moderate heat for at least 1 ½ hours-2 hours, adding more the broth. Serve hot, accompanied the meat with white rice.
