How To Season Some Chicken

Mini potato and spinach on sourdough bread with







A simple preparation and light which allows it to willingly eat vegetables for children. I used the molds, but the same recipe can be used to make a pie bigger size.

INGREDIENTS (5 pies)
400 gr potato
2 cubes of frozen spinach 1 egg
Butter Milk
grated Parmesan

PROCEDURE
Boil spinach. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, season the chopped onion, add spinach, salt and leave on the heat 5 minutes. Boil the potatoes, peel them and pass them twice in the potato masher, add salt and warm milk about 70 grams, with a knob of butter and mix well. Combine spinach, Parmesan, egg and cottage cheese. Butter molds well, dusting with bread crumbs. Pour and add to the surface of butter curls. Put in oven at 200 ° static for 20-25 minutes. Before removing from the molds, let cool for ten minutes.

Ps ricotta can be substituted by another cheese to taste
